RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Return Policy
Samurai Fireworks does not accept returns for purchased products. The sale of fireworks is final once product leaves our store grounds.
Exchange Policy
Samurai Fireworks will accept exchanges for products that are not working in accordance with performance standards. If an exchange request meets the criteria, the Customers will have 24 hours from the original purchase to exchange the product with an item of equal value in-store. Products from previous holiday seasons are not exchangeable.
Order Cancelations
If your online order has not been fulfilled, you can request a cancellation. To file a cancellation request within 24 hours of order creation please call (305)850-9200 or email sales@samuraifireworks.com.
Damaged Claims
Claiming a firework is damaged goes beyond the wrapping label cosmetics. The outside packaging may not reflect that the firework works on the inside. Please confirm if there is a defect before leaving the premises.
