All online sales are final. We do not offer any exchange or refunds, except in the case of defective items.

 

2. DEFECTIVE ITEMS

While our products are stored in a climate-controlled facility, some products may already be defective from the manufacturer’s side. Unless the item has been taken out of its packaging, we will not be able to determine if the product has any defects.

As most of our products are limited in nature, we advise all our customers to inspect their order as soon as they receive it.

If you purchase from COMICAVE™ online store and receive a defective product, kindly sent us an e-mail at info@comicave.com within seven (7) days from the receipt of your order stating the details of the defect, supported by images of the item and corresponding invoice.

One of our customer service representatives will contact you. If the item is in stock, we will arrange collection of the defective product from the same address it was shipped to or we may ask you to dispose of it. Once the item is received in our facility, we will dispatch the replacement. If we are unable to replace the product, COMICAVE™ will issue a store credit in the value of the product cost + shipping fee; or issue a full refund on the product + store credit on shipping fee.

For UAE orders: Alternately, you may present the defective product at COMICAVE™ store after receiving a confirmation number from our representatives; where we will replace the item if it is still in stock, or provide you with store credit which may be used in your next purchase in store.

Any defective product, which is returned, pursuant to these terms and conditions must be returned in its original box(es) or packaging and in the same condition it was received and it must include all contents, if applicable. For the avoidance of doubt, if the original box was placed inside another box, the defective product must be repackaged in the same manner and returned to us. Please do not ever place the shipping label directly on the item to return it as this results in a partial or no refund. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept any product(s) or item(s) that have been disassembled or modified in any way, due to the overall quality and integrity being compromised.

The following issues do not qualify as a defective product:

  • Minor cosmetic paint issues
  • Minor wear and tear on package

Returned defective items, which arrive with excessive damage due to improper and inadequate return packaging, may be subject to an improper handling fee of up to 25% of the product price.

For products listed under our ‘Warehouse Finds’ section, the packaging may have some wear and tear (Substandard Grade). Several factors contributes to this, such as handling, weight, materials used or even the age of the product. Substandard Grade products may not be suitable for display in their packaging, but are otherwise still brand new, complete and mint inside the box. Warehouse Finds products are discounted for this very reason.

In all instances, please note that this return policy applies only to shipped items purchased through COMICAVE™ online store.

 

 

3. WARRANTY

COMICAVE™ provides customers with a 7-day warranty period, from date of delivery. We encourage our customers to open and inspect their orders and report any issues/ defects within that time frame.
